Bread Storage & Reheating Guide
We bake fresh every morning with no preservatives, so proper care keeps your bread tasting its best.

Storage 保存方式
Room Temperature (Best for 1–2 days)
室温(最佳 1–2 天内食用):
Keep bread in its original packaging or in an airtight bag/container, away from sunlight and heat.
保持在原包装或密封袋/容器中,避免阳光直射与高温。
⚠️ For breads containing egg or meat, it is best to consume them on the same day. Otherwise, freeze immediately to maintain freshness.
⚠️ 若为含有鸡蛋或肉类的面包,建议当天食用;若无法当日食用,请立即冷冻保存,以保持新鲜。
Refrigeration (Not Recommended):
冷藏(不推荐):
It may dry out the bread faster.
冷藏会让面包更快变干,请避免。
Freezing (Best up to 2-4 weeks):
冷冻(最佳可保存约 2-4 周):
Wrap bread portions individually in cling wrap/ziplock before freezing.
将面包片或单个面包用保鲜膜/密封袋包好再冷冻。
Reheating 加热方式
Room Temp Breads (soft buns, shokupan, butter rolls):
常温面包(松软小餐包、吐司、盐可颂):
Oven/Toaster: Preheat at 150-180°C for 3–5 mins.
烤箱/小烤箱:预热后以 150-180°C 加热 3–5 分钟。
Air Fryer: Heat at 150-180°C for 1–2 mins.
空气炸锅:以 150-180°C 加热 1–2 分钟。
Filled / Coated Breads (cheese & savoury buns):
夹馅面包(起司&咸口面包):
Oven/Toaster: Warm at 150-180°C for 4–6 mins.
烤箱/小烤箱:以 150-180°C 加热 4–6 分钟。
Air Fryer: Heat at 150-180°C for 2–3 mins, monitor closely to avoid over-melting.
空气炸锅:以 150-180°C 加热 2–3 分钟,注意避免夹馅过度融化。
Frozen Breads:
冷冻面包:
Thaw at room temp 20–30 mins, then reheat as above.
先室温解冻 20–30 分钟,再依照上述方法加热。
Pro Tips 小贴士
Lightly mist/sprinkle water before reheating to revive softness.
加热前轻轻喷洒或撒一点水,让面包更柔软。
Avoid microwaving – it makes bread tough or chewy.
避免使用微波炉——容易让面包变硬或嚼不动。
Best enjoyed fresh on the same day.
