  • All deliveries are arranged via third-party platforms such as Grab or Lalamove.

  • Delivery fees are set by the respective platform and are payable by the customer.

2. Delivery Areas & Timing

  • Delivery coverage depends on the selected platform’s service area.

  • Delivery timing will follow the availability and schedule of the chosen platform.

  • We recommend selecting the fastest available option to ensure freshness, especially for cakes and cream-based items.

3. Whole Cake Orders

  • For whole cake orders, we recommend and will arrange car pick-up or delivery instead of motorbike to ensure your cake arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • Customers will be advised of the estimated cost before confirming the order.

4. Responsibility for Goods in Transit

  • Once the order is picked up by the delivery partner, the responsibility for the condition of the goods lies with the delivery platform.

  • Kenjo Bakery is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused during transit.

  • If such issues occur, we will assist in communicating with the delivery platform, but final compensation decisions rest with them.

5. Order Preparation

  • All orders are prepared fresh on the day of delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the agreed time slot.

6. Self Pick-Up Option

  • Customers may opt for self pick-up at Kenjo Bakery during our operating hours at no extra cost.
