Yes. All our breads, cakes, and drinks are prepared fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and flavour.

No. We use only real dairy butter, never margarine or shortening, because we believe in giving our customers the best ingredients without hidden compromises.

Yes. You can pre-order via phone, preferably WhatsApp. For large or custom cake orders, please order at least 3 days in advance.

Yes. We arrange delivery through third-party services like Grab or Lalamove. Delivery fees are determined by the platform. For whole cakes, we recommend car delivery instead of motorbike to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have left the store. However, if you receive the wrong item or there is a quality issue at the time of purchase, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Not at the moment, as our focus is on traditional Japanese & Taiwanese-style baking using premium dairy and wheat.

For most products, our recipes are fixed to maintain quality and balance of flavours. However, for custom orders, we can adjust sweetness where possible.
