Storage 保存方式

Room Temperature (up to 1 day, for non-cream or room temp cakes only):
室温(仅适用于无奶油或室温蛋糕,可保存 1 天):
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
放在阴凉干燥处,避免阳光直射与高温。

Refrigeration (Recommended for cream & fresh fruit cakes):
冷藏(建议用于奶油蛋糕及新鲜水果蛋糕):
Store at 0–4°C in an airtight box or cover with cling wrap.
0–4°C 存放于密封盒中或用保鲜膜覆盖。
Consume within 2–3 days for best quality.
建议 2–3 天内食用完毕,口感最佳。

Freezing (Not Recommended, except chiffon/sponge bases):
冷冻(不推荐,除非是戚风/海绵蛋糕体):
May alter texture of cream and fillings. Only freeze plain sponge up to 2 weeks.
可能改变奶油与夹心口感。仅建议将无夹馅的戚风/海绵蛋糕冷冻,最长 2 周。

Serving 食用方式

Refrigerated Cakes:
冷藏蛋糕:
Remove from fridge and let sit at room temperature 5–10 mins before serving.
从冰箱取出后,静置 5–10 分钟,再享用风味最佳。

Frozen Sponge (if stored):
冷冻戚风/海绵蛋糕(如有冷冻):
Thaw in fridge overnight, then bring to room temperature before serving.
前一晚放入冷藏室解冻,再回到室温后食用。
